November 1, 2000... that's when my husband and I started investing in real estate. 

November 1, 2001... that's when we started teaching other people to do what we did! 

It began with a little seminar in our living room, dining room, and family room for 85 people.

Now that little seminar has grown into the boutique company called The MPC Action Weekend!

Every month or so, my incredible partners, Suzan Hudson, Frank Woodbeck, and I take a dozen or so people on as students, and in three days, we turn them into real estate investors!  Suzan and Frank open up their home, and the students get every meal cooked from scratch, and the go out in the DealMobile to look for real properties, which they then analyze and purchase (if the deal is good)! 

They get to meet their team that we hand-pick for them, including Realtors, lenders, title reps, insurance experts, "Renter Mentors," and lease/option consultants, just to name a few.  

Typically, we buy between 8 to 20 million dollars worth of real estate on any given MPC Action Weekend!
